Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be defective on arrival (DOA) or physically damaged during shipping.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- We may request photo or video evidence showing the defect.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items that are not defective (e.g., changed mind, ordered by mistake).
- Items returned after 14 days.
- Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect wiring, soldering, short circuits, overvoltage, or physical modification.
- Working electronic components that have been used, soldered, powered, or connected.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable software, or personal care items.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All return requests must go through ElectroHub.

- If the return is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup through Bosta Egypt.
You do not need to ship the item yourself.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow a few working days for processing.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Notes
- You do not need to arrange shipping yourself. We will handle the pickup through Bosta Egypt.
- Please ensure the product is properly packed before handoff.
- We are not responsible for damage caused during the return process due to inadequate packaging.
