The PICkit3 USB PIC Microcontroller Programmer/Debugger with ZIF Socket Adapter is a low-cost in-circuit programming tool for PIC and dsPIC Flash microcontrollers, built around the same core as Microchip’s official PICkit 3. It connects to a PC via USB and to the target chip through ICSP, and the bundled ZIF socket adapter lets you program bare chips off-board.
