The 3S 25A 12V Lithium Battery Protection Module (BMS) with Balancing is a battery management circuit that protects a 3-series (11.1V/12.6V) lithium-ion or Li-Po pack from overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent while balancing the charge across all three cells. It is fitted between the battery pack and its load or charger to keep every cell within a safe range.

Key features:

  • Overcharge/Overdischarge Protection: Automatically disconnects the pack when any cell exceeds its safe voltage window.
  • Passive Cell Balancing: Bleeds excess charge from higher-voltage cells so all three stay closely matched.
  • 25A Continuous Current: Rated MOSFET bank supports sustained discharge currents up to 25A.
  • Short-Circuit Protection: Cuts off the output instantly if a short circuit is detected on the load side.
  • Compact Green PCB: A small footprint fits neatly inside battery packs and power tool housings.
  • Simple Wiring: Labeled pads for each cell tap plus main positive and negative terminals simplify installation.

Wire each cell tap to its matching pad in series order and route the pack’s main leads through the P+ and P- terminals to keep a 3S lithium pack protected during charge and discharge.
