The 3S 40A Lithium Battery BMS Protection Board (Enhanced) is a battery management circuit built for three-cell (3S) lithium-ion or LiFePO4 packs, guarding against overcharge, over-discharge and short-circuit conditions during everyday use. Its enhanced design supports higher continuous current for e-bikes, power tools and DIY battery packs.

  • Continuous Current: Rated for up to 40A of continuous charge and discharge current.
  • Overcharge & Overdischarge Protection: Automatically disconnects the pack when any cell voltage goes out of range.
  • Short-Circuit & Overcurrent Protection: Instantly cuts power if a fault is detected on the output.
  • Cell Balancing: Helps keep individual cell voltages even while charging.
  • Low Standby Consumption: Minimal quiescent current preserves battery charge when idle.

It’s a compact, reliable safety layer for 3S packs built from 18650 or similar lithium cells.
