The STI8036 LNB Power Supply & Control Voltage Regulator IC (SOP-8) is a monolithic boost converter and linear regulator that powers a satellite dish LNB (low-noise block downconverter) from a set-top box or satellite receiver. It supplies the switched 14V/19V rail and 22kHz tone signal used to select LNB polarity and band.

  • Dual Output Voltage: Switches between a regulated 14V and 19V output to select LNB polarity.
  • 22kHz Tone Injection: Generates the 22kHz tone signal used for LNB band switching and DiSEqC-style control.

  • 500mA Output Current: Delivers enough current to power a standard single or twin LNB.
